The flat is located within a two-minute walk from Nevskiy prospect, in proximity to the Maykovskaya metro station. The entrance is from the street. The windows overlook a garden with the monument to Alexandr Pushkin. Sleeps 6: double bed in the bedroom, double sofa and armchair-bed in the living room, and a sofa-bed in the hall. There are refrigerator, microwave, TV set, and a telephone. The bathroom is eurostandart. Secure entrance to the apartment block. There is a parking place not far away from the house. Best suited for 3—4 adults.

Check-in Procedure: Upon arrival you will be greeted by our manager, who will provide you with all the necessary information regarding the apartment facilities, visa registration and answer any other questions you might have. Regular check-in time is after 2.00PM and regular check-out time is noon, 12.00PM.
When booking an apartment you will be able to request a transfer. If you are coming to the apartment by public transportation or by a transfer ordered through another company, we ask you to inform us about your arrival time 24 hours in advance.
